Welcome to our SUMMER AUCTIONS
Summer brings with it a particular kind of light — warm afternoons, vibrant colours, long evenings by the sea, and moments of quiet escape. It is a season that invites discovery, beauty, and the pleasure of surrounding ourselves with objects that inspire emotion and memory. With this spirit in mind, we are delighted to present a carefully curated selection of works that reflect elegance, quality, and the joy of the moment.
From luminous sapphire jewellery that recalls the deep blue tones of the Mediterranean, to exceptional modern and contemporary art, refined design, Asian treasures, and rare collector's pieces, this season's auctions bring together objects that each tell their own story. Among the highlights are an elegant sapphire necklace set with brilliant-cut diamonds, a diamond-set Patek Philippe Nautilus, Wolfgang Mattheuer's poetic landscape Landschaft bei Zeulenroda (1959), Pablo Picasso's celebrated gold medallion Vallauris, a magnificent Famille Rose vase adorned with symbols of longevity and good fortune, and a finely carved sandstone head of Vishnu radiating serenity and presence.
We are pleased to announce that the public preview exhibition is now open and will take place from 5–9 June. We warmly invite you to visit us in Düsseldorf and experience the highlights of the upcoming sales in person before the auctions begin.

Whether inspired by the tranquillity of summer travels, the atmosphere of coastal living, or the timeless beauty of art and craftsmanship, we invite you to discover this season's collections and find works that will resonate long after summer has passed.
We look forward to welcoming you to Hargesheimer.
