Description

Hallmarked with the city mark, master's mark, fineness '84' and '88' and master's mark 'P. OVTSHINNIKOV' in Cyrillic with court purveyor's mark. Consisting of a large, bulbous bratina, a set of six kovshi and a ladle. The body decorated in green, red, white and blue cloisonné enamel: stylised floral motifs, leafy vines and cartouches flanked by birds on a finely punched background. Circumferential pearl and tongue pattern borders.
