The highlights of our upcoming auctions

To conclude our 2023 auction year, the last four auctions of 2023 will take place from Thursday, 30 November, starting with Auction 132, ‘ASIAN ART’. Auction 133 – ‘MODERN AND CONTEMPORARY ART’ will follow on Friday, 1 December. Auctions 134 – ‘PAUL LUCHTENBERG COLLECTION’ and 135 – ‘ALICE AND HANS JOACHIM THORMÄHLEN COLLECTION’ will conclude on Saturday, 2 December.

AUCTION 132 – ASIAN ART

The important netsuke collection of the Chemnitz entrepreneur and manufacturer Fritz Niescher (1889-1974) is particularly noteworthy. A selection of fascinating figurative and animal carvings, skilfully crafted from ivory.
